Just a little house - but it's bigger on the inside. And chocked full of character. C'mon inside.
This kitchen is newly remodeled. The farm sink with pull-out faucet and tin tile backsplash are my favorite. Notice the dishwasher. It's pretty quite and works really well. There's an open cubby for glasses and plates - stuff used very often.
Old house, old kitchen! Okay, it's all pretty new. The oven works super well, as does the microwave - they were installed about 2 years ago and have been lightly used. I built shelves next to the stove/oven to make sure that everything you need when cooking is in easy reach.
A more expansive view of the kitchen. I've added a rack with a solid top for extra workspace and storage. There's also a pantry in the back. You'll have your own shelf. The tools will be finding a new home.
Yeah. This is my favorite part of the house, probably. I painted the whole wall with chalkboard paint. There's a rag and chalk just hanging out, asking to be used.
Not much to say about this cute little bathroom, except that it's the only bathroom in the house. And it's got a lot of charm. Newly renovated recently as well. The tiles and sink just LOOK old.
Dining room is right off the living room. Pretty self explanatory.
Here's a view of the living room straight through to the dining room.
Here's a view of the living room as you walk into the house. There's a communal tv and dvd player.
